DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + MIHOYO SHIPPING TIME

Normally all orders are processed within 2 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

NOTE: Due to the lockdown in Shanghai, service of the Genshin Impact Official Flagship store and hence its order fulfillment capacity are greatly impacted. Please expect considerable amount of time for the goods to arrive at our warehouse.

Once all items of your order are transported to warehouse (from vendor or manufacturer), they will be prepared for the shipment to your address.

Apart from the order confirmation email, we will also notify you of the tracking information when your order has shipped.
